Answer: You can stop a Chase Bank foreclosure in one day using a little known strategy that is backed up by Federal law.

Use this strategy if your back is against the wall with a fast approaching auction sale date.

This is great news if you have been victimized by Chase Bank with stall tactics, long delays, wrong answers, incompetent employees and rejection of your trial or permanent loan modification or short sale.

You don’t need to hire an expensive lawyer and it doesn’t involve filing for bankruptcy protection.

You can use this effective strategy to buy yourself more time to work out a solution – up to several months – and force the bank to negotiate with you. This is ideal if you need find a job to be able to start making payments again.

Here’s a run down of the features of this strategy:

  • No expensive lawyer or professional fees – do it yourself for much less.
  • Proven to work in the real world with a 99.6% success rate. The system is backed by federal law.
  • Anyone can do this. You don’t need to know anything about foreclosures or real estate. The entire system has been created for average homeowners. Just complete 2 simple steps:

1. Fill out the forms. This can be done in less than an hour.

2. File the forms where instructed.

  • Works in all 50 states.
  • All the needed forms are provided with step-by-step instructions on how to fill them out. You will be shown exactly where to file your forms so that your foreclosure sale is immediately stopped.
  • The Stop Foreclosure In 1-Day system was developed by Loss Mitigation Specialists that have used the system for over 8 years to save hundreds of home from being taken back by the bank or foreclosing trustee.

Very Important Information About Using the Stop Foreclosure In 1-Day Program

  • This program is not for everyone. If you are in bankruptcy or have already lost your home to foreclosure, this program cannot help you.
  • The authority of this program recommends that you purchase and complete the program at least 48 hours prior to your sale, but they have had clients purchase the program the night before their sale, and postpone their sale the following morning. The sooner you purchase and understand the process, the more peace of mind you will have.

It typically takes about an hour to complete all the necessary paperwork, then you will need to submit to the appropriate agencies.

Success Stories from Estatic Property Owners

I first learned of this program from a friend of mine who was actively using the system to help navigate him through a period of his life he had never expected to travel, his house being foreclosed upon.

Watching the system work for my friend made it easy for me to follow his footsteps and use the system to accomplish my goals on MY timeframe instead of the banks.

I was able to stop my house from being foreclosed upon at the court house steps and have now had over a year to work-out a strategy to save my home from foreclosure. I highly recommend using the Foreclosure Stop Today™ system, it really works!

I have used the Foreclosure Stop Today™ system for over 6 years as an investor to stop numerous pending foreclosures on investment properties that I purchased through equity purchase agreements on properties that were in foreclosure with pending sale dates.

I could have never stopped the sales or in many cases kept and sold these properties without the use of this invaluable system. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs to stop a pending foreclosure sale on their property.

I would like to take this opportunity to write you and personally thank you for all you’ve done for us. We have been working with NLPA for over 3 years now, if it wasn’t for them we would have lost our home.

They have been a great help to us. I would recommend this program to everyone that is in foreclosure status. Thanks,

Lisa W.

The Bassey family had tried to complete a loan modification with their lender, Aurora Loan Services, but were denied.

The lender then aggressively went to sell their home at the court house steps. The Bassey’s found our system and were able to stop the sale dead in it’s tracks.

The Bassey’s were able to delay the sale for over eight months. With the extra time, they were able to retain a professional group who successfully negotiated a loan modification on their behalf that had better terms than the one they were originally denied for.

The family avoided a final foreclosure on their home and are now back on track with their lender.

If your lender has not approved you for a trial loan mod or you have been approved and you’ve already started payments, this system still can help you. How?

It can protect you from the lender “accidentally on-purpose” selling your home while you are in a trial loan modification period.

Note: This has happened to countless other homeowners. Here are two recent horror stories:

You sound frustrated and you are not alone if you are among the millions of homeowners facing foreclosure. I have received many emails of appreciation for providing a blog with straight-forward information and a free 50+ page report (which took hundreds of hours of research to create) that gives sound legal education and DIY strategies to turn the tables on PRETENDER LENDERS. Did you read and execute the 3 weapons in the Battle Plan Report?

Good Grief just what a struggling homeowner needs to spend 249 dollars that they do not have. This sounds like a big scam just like the so called loan modification programs. If you really wanted to help people you would simply post a few options of what they could do to postpone the foreclosure sell without reaching into their back pocket. ARGH

Claudia, I’m sorry to read that Chase is giving your Mom a hard time. You can search for a ‘foreclosure defense’ attorney in your area, either online or ask for references. I also recommend you request a copy of my new special report, Battle Plan To Stop Foreclosure. Watch the video for details on what’s in the report and fill out the box to receive the report by email. It’s loaded with strategies and tools to help fight foreclosure and get an affordable loan modification or much more.
